SHIPPING

All orders are packed and shipped out of our headquarter office in 2-3 business days.

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping to all the orders in Taiwan and overseas orders over NTD5,000.

Because of sharing the same stock with the physical store, the website may not reflect the correct stock promptly. Please contact us if you would like to check the availability of products.

As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information.

OAK ROOM inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment.

Any special requests such as birthday messages may be left at the comments section during checkout. We are happy to accommodate your requests.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange for a different item.

To make a return, please contact us through the message box in your order or email info@oakroom.com.tw before sending your return.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes must be included with your return.

Returns made after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.

OAK ROOM does not accept damaged merchandise. No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days of receipt.

退換貨

根據消費者保護法第十九條規定,網路購物屬於特種消費之範疇,消費者享有「七日鑑賞期」之權益。

「七日鑑賞期」為消費者本人(親友或大樓管理員)簽收後的次日計算,此期間為消費者之法定考慮期,非試用期,出貨前將會進行嚴謹的人工檢驗並拍照留存,為消費者權益把關。若商品經判定,因人為因素,產生使用痕跡、破損、刮傷、髒污、受潮、異味、商品組合不全,導致無法再返還販售,根據民法第259條,消費者應償還其價額。

辦理退換貨時請私訊客服或來信,出示發票、轉帳或匯款證明,確認可退貨後,請維持商品之完整,無使用痕跡、破損、刮傷、髒污、受潮、異味、商品組合不全(含未受損之鞋盒、商品、配件、附件、贈品、內外包裝),並寄回本公司。

退貨時,請使用外箱包裝原廠商品,切勿直接於鞋盒上黏貼紙張或書寫文字寄送,鞋盒視同商品之一部分,若退貨時傷及鞋盒,消費者也應償還其價額。

提供之商品皆採用天然皮革,故鞋面可能會有天然的生長紋,此紋路並不屬於商品暇疵。

網路販售之商品,由於個人使用之電子產品螢幕不同而產生色差問題,顏色請以實際商品為準,色差並不屬於商品瑕疵。

極小污點、螢幕色差,皆屬國際驗貨標準接受範疇,並不屬於商品瑕疵。

逾七日鑑賞期,恕不受理任何退換貨需求。
 

退款須知

退貨衍生之退款金額,確認收到回歸商品,並經檢查毫無瑕疵後,才會退回款項。若經檢查後,發現商品有人為使用痕跡,即以退貨須知第二點處理。
